What data we process and why

Contact form: we process your name, email address and message content for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry. The message is sent by email and is not stored in any other database.

Usage measurement: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate use of the site. If you accept advertising cookies, we use Google Ads to measure our campaigns. Neither is activated without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time: for the form, by the checkbox when sending it; for cookies, from “Manage cookies” in the footer.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any legal obligations that may derive from it.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. The technology providers we use (email and, if you accept them, Google tools) act as data processors under their data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@terranovaworld.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
